Reading the site
Reading the site needs no account and sets no tracking cookies. The one thing stored in your browser is your day-or-night theme choice. Our server keeps ordinary access logs (address, page, time, browser) for a short period to keep the site running.
Buying a pass
Payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, email address, phone number and billing address; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe sends us your email, phone number, name, the amount paid and a receipt id, which we keep as the record of your purchase. When you accept the terms of sale before paying, we record the time, the version of the terms you accepted, your network address and your browser's identification, so we can show which text you agreed to.
Alerts
To send alerts we keep the email address and phone number you give us, the alerts you choose, and a log of what we sent you and when. We use Resend to deliver email and Twilio to deliver text messages; each receives only what it needs to deliver the message.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to send the alerts you asked for and to reply to STOP and HELP.
Alerts you set up yourself are transactional messages. Anything else we send, such as a note that a new season's passes are on sale, carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address: Montana Property Reports, LLC, PO Box 53, Pray, MT 59065.
Keeping and deleting
Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Alert settings and contact details are deleted on request, and a phone number is removed the moment you text STOP. Email matt@paradisevalleymedia.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Who we share with
Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages) and Fly.io (hosting) process data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing.
